I have your Dana 60 ORD arms, could you convert them to springless arms?

Thank you,
Ed

I'm running those spring eliminators in my arms and I've been happy with them so far.

They are not ORD arms, but they are very similar in design.

Noob (not really) question

So, what's the advantage to eliminating the spring?

With big tires and rock crawling you can wear out the stock springs quickly. Once the springs get too soft you end up smashing the bushings and then you have toe out and death wobble issues.

The spring problem can be fixed with a spring eliminator or custom arms that don't need springs (usually they have shims). You can also bet bronze bushings to replace the nylon ones, but those require spring eliminators.

I run the SE60 Spring Eliminator's and love them. Install was a breeze and they feel solid.
