well i noticed going down the road above half throttle or so my truck sounds like it has 7 cylinders it spudders a tiny bit but then i let off it drive normal...it doesnt matter what rpm its at either....im thinking fuel filter? something to do with fuel delivery, any help would be grrrreaatt thanks

Swap in a new fuel filter if you haven't done so in a while......

I would also suggest you check out your cap/rotor and wires, too. I had similar thing happening a while back, and it ended up being a bad wire. It would show up as a miss at anything higher than about half throttle.

mmm ok...ill check wires later on today, wires are the only thing i didnt replace...i did cap rotor and fuel filter about a year ago...so that might be it...ill check back
