Couple shots of the front hanger. After these were taken, we added another tab to the inside of the frame rail. Pics of that to come yet. "shortly."

So then we come to the rear hangers for the kit and a decision has to be made.

This frame rail has a large bulge on it that will prevent any kind of good surface mounting for any bracket set. You got two options, trying to massage the frame rail flat.... Probably suck to do, or you can cut out the frame rail and put in a flat piece. Sort of like boxing a frame rail that was already boxed.

Tomorrow i'll post up pics of the rear hangers.

These are the rear hangers for the front springs. Much like our other SAS kit.

One of the guys had already hosed these with some paint.

I've always felt the newer chevy's would work best with a swap to a dodge coil spring axle. But your version is a great option.

This rig was driven home last night finally. Few things that need some attention yet.

We're looking at different pitman arm options and possibly moving the axle rearward just a tick. The draglink, the way we built this particular prototype piece, ends up over top the axle a bit. Or in other words, the axle is a little further forward than what we'd like to see. Moving the axle back is simple enough however, it works really nice where it is now, I'd hate to sacrifice the approach angle.

Drive shaft options are not that great. Might end up changing transfer cases.

For day to day driving I think it will work just fine. We are working on some shock mounts and yes, it was driven home with out shocks last night. Bet that was fun!

Any updates on this? Also, can you reattach the first few pics they aren't showing up on the front page.

We ended up having to add a cross member to the truck at the rear spring hanger location. Not sure how we'd handle this in the kit at this point.

Currently our work load is high enough we are hesitant to release any new products.
