Squeak/chirp from Steering Column

I have a 1986 K5 Blazer and am getting a chirping/squeaking noise under the dash each time I turn to the right and hit a few bumps. Since it only happens when turning right, I think it is coming from the steering column. Any thoughts? It is driving me crazy!
