Well i have no idea what to do because every time i shift and push in the clutch it makes a very loud squeak. Has anyone ever had this problem and what did you do to fix it. And what in fact is most likly squeaking.

well mine squeaks just cause the clutch pedal spring needs a good lubing. not sure what yours is

The throwout bearing is what pushes in on the pressure plate when you press the clutch in. You have to drop the trans to replace it (and its probably worth replacing the clutch while you're in there).
Any idea on how old the clutch and throwout bearing are?

Make sure the truck is in nutural and set the park brake then get down near the trans with the engine running and have someone push the clutch(do not shift into gear) if you hear the noise comming from the bellhousing area the t.o. bearing is prob dry. Y ou will need to pull the trans and replace it.
Well i think i know what it is , there is a white rectangular plastic thing under the colum behind the dash that has a white piece coming in and out of it that is just hooked to the pedal arm, there is a wire plug coming out of it going who knows where, what is it and can it be removed bec it looks pointless.

That is the clutch safety switch. If you remove it, your truck will not start.
If you don't want a clutch safety switch, just cut the two wires going into it and connect them together.

yup, sounds like a throw out bearing. Had to replace it on my truck...
Took some old garage door track, cut them to about 4' long, and bolted them onto the frame rails with 6" or so screws. Dropeed the tranny & t-case as one unit, and slit it back on the rails...
