Squeeling steering?

OK when I trun my wheels while the car is not in motion the tires or something is squeeling like a pig up front also I looked at the steering column where the steering fluid goes into it and it looks like it is leaking it is all over the arm and the connection looks lik it is seperating I dont know if that is normal or not I do know that it shouldnt be leaking though. Any clues?

have ya checked the power seering fluid leval?
get some brake cleaner or go to the car wash and blast it off.
then see where it is leaking from.
It sounds like ya are low on fluid.

No it is still full of fluid.

Are the belts in good shape , not glazed, are they tight?
