my D60 is srw but when I got new calipers the ones that fit were listed for drw. The srw calipers were too small. I need rotors now but I don't know which ones. Srw and drw list as different part numbers but I compared the 2 side by side and with the exception of minor machining differences they look to be the same dimensions. What am I missing??

Same calipers.

The only difference in the rotors is the stud / bolt hole dia, DRW rotors have smaller holes since it takes a bolt.

This is for GM D60's only.

Perfect thanks.

So if the calipers are the same then the parts store prob had 3/4 ton calipers listed as srw 1 ton calipers.

Drw doesn't use wheel studs but bolts instead?

I wouldn't think they'd have a smaller 3/4 ton caliper listed for a 1 ton. Unless they either didn't listen to you (and picked wrong truck) or they were looking at a K30 older than 77 (no D60's prior to 77 in GM trucks).

The DRW hubs and rotor are bolted together with regular hardware. The wheel studs are further out in a flange close to the locking hub.

When I asked them for an 85 1 ton srw caliper they brought one out that was quite a bit smaller than mine and used the slide bolt type setup that I'm familiar with seeing on newer vehicles. Either way I got the calipers I needed and now know which rotors I need. Thanks
