Final update Issue fixed
so after replacing cap, rotor, ignition control module, spark plug wires, rebuilding the tbi, closing the exhaust gap to stop the leak, new fuel pump which turned into a new sender as well after the rusted line snapped, and the egr (which was shot) i still had an issue.
it turned out to be the idle air control valve, it had extended out and would no longer retract.
