Can someone point me someone who can rework my harness and reprogram the computer to make it a standalone (3 wire hopefully) system. Donor vehicle is a 1997 c3500 with an L29 motor (454 vortec) . Seems everyone only does 1998 and up. I found one guy who will do the harness but not the computer. Sort of would like the same people who do the harness to also do the computer. I just think it would flow together. Open to advice, suggestions, etc.

Please and thank you.

Thanx Josh. Have you done this particular engine before? What is your cost to do this?

Yes I have done a few of them. Eric actually took one home from my shop not long ago. I'll PM costs.

North Idaho??? You going to Havoc?

Since life currently sucks...i might be buying an old school winnebago to live in after the house sells. They have antiquated dodge motors and transmissions. My thoughts were 5.9L Cummins but that is a lil ritch for my blood these days but i have seen deals here and there on late model 454's...
When was the last 454 made? Are the coil packs shown in that PDF factory or aftermarket. Any resources i can study to learn the ins and outs of this 454 subject?
In the mean time my pcm has shown up from team 208 motor sports...to the garage i go!

Hey those antiquated Dodge motors work pretty well ( at least the 440) once you pull the plastic carb off put a decent cam and headers on em

I am not familiar nor have any experience with dodge products. Last ones i worked on was in the form of a 318 for uncle sam a long time ago. I'm sure mopar makes some sort of efi kit for it or maybe not. I think the L18 with a 4L80e would be the cats butt.
208 software woke up the Jimmy. I think it spontaneously spawned a 2nd lung...

IT'S MAGIG BITCH¡!!!!!!!!

LOL
Its over my head that's what it is. Lol. I have 11 years of electrical work at freightliner under my belt which includes messing with ecm's since we roomed cover plates on cats and put chips in them...but i never have learned the after market programming wizardry...
