Im in the process of installing my us shift tcm. Has anyone installed one or similar? Where did u mount the computer to be able to check the display. This is going in my 75 k5 fwiw. Thanks

I mounted mine in the left vent hole.
I thought about that but I'm keeping the ac.

I'm with you on the vent but I don't think my ac suffered that much. I have plans on a head unit with navigation and a backup cam so when I install that the old radio hole will become the trans controller hole and I'll reinstall the vent.
