Indeed. I cut the small lugs a few years ago myself, they're at the groomer for this phase

40 each I'm told. When I did the small lugs myself, it took forever, so there was zero chance of me trying this part myself. Here is the update pic the groomer sent me yesterday.
Does taking that much rubber off the sidewall make it squishy? Or weaker?

I don't think so. I've watched some rigs get with it cut like this. It's a trailer queen so I'm not real worried about it.
