Starter brace - where tf is it?

So I was under The Blazer changing oil today and realized I really have no clue where the starter brace should be or what it should even look like. Anyone have pictures of it installed? Mine doesn't obviously scream that something's wrong with it...however nothing screams "starter brace" to me either.

I figure it's better to ask and be sure it's there or gone going off of it's history so far.

It is a bent piece kinda like angle iron on the back side of the starter motor.
It attaches from the starter motor to the block.

It is located just under the motor mount on the front end of the starter (end nearest the radiator).
