Can anyone show me where to find a diagram showing exactly what wire goes to what post on the starter of an 82 k5 blazer

If I remember correctly, the fat cable (Battery) goes on the fat screw of your solenoid and the small cable goes on the "S" part of your solenoid (Small Screw). Make sure your cables are not touching the frame or manifold or anything. Would be smart to put electrical tape around all wires and heat resistant tape in case the wires work loose and touch your Exaust or manifold. Also triple check your nuts and make sure they are all tight.

Wrong forum, but close enough, Your battery cable, and the other wire with a big eyelet go on the larger top terminal. The small wire with the small eyelet is to engage the starter and goes on the small "S" terminal which is in the middle of the solenoid height wise, bit on the outside closer to the block. The other terminal that is on the same height, but on the other side of the solenoid has nothing connected to it, and the bottom terminal just has a strap running into the starter housing, don't touch it.
