I had a mechanic put a new starter in my truck less than a year ago its from NAPA. If he still has the receipt he should be able to take it back and get a new one right??

Thanks Brian

Theoretically yes... but chances are since you took it someplace like a shop to have it put in you are SOL (sorry outta luck) if it's been a year... but it's worth a shot.... most places warrenty work but for like 30 or 60 days... after that if it goes out you are back to square one unless it's like a buddy who owns a shop or something....

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

most things from napa are only warrantied for 30 days if they are used offroad. i read that on my chevys new alternator today. i guess it was time for a new one i mean ive had the same one for almost 2 years now. thats normal right? : I
