Starting issues on a 90 Burb

I think someone else had a similar issue recently, but cant seem to find the thread. Anyways, when the truck is cold, it starts just fine. A little slow but always first time. But once the engine is warmed up, if I shut it off, it wont even crank again until the truck cools off. Just clicks or growls like it's trying to start with the tranny in gear.

Starter solenoid getting too hot? Going bad?
