One quick ??

Will the gear box bolt in the place from a mid to late 70's 2wd truck on to a 72 blazer

The reason why in that a buddy still has the box and drag link from his old x-over set up and I need to know if it will fit

Yep it will fit. I am in the middle of a crossover conversion on mine. I was told that up till about 91 they will fit but early 80's they switched to a different type of line. One is flare and the other is not so I was told to stick with 80 or older.
