You want the shortest setup that will clear the springs. Between the block and the arm, the DLE is 2.5" above the top of the knuckle. I have pretty thick springs, but no more than your springs with that block. That is a bolt-in add-a-leaf and not a block, right? If it wasn't there your steering would probably work.

I think Sky Off Road offers a 1" steering arm block.

I have a 1" ord spacer under my steering arm. Seems to be working fine.

I have a 1" steering block for crossover from my old 44 with extended studs, all new never installed. I scored a deal on a 60 before I ever got to install it. Let me know if you want me to dig it out!

Thanks let me see if 1 inch will be enough and I'll get back to you

that's what I ran into putting my together, I had the "kiss" arm with b52 and a zero rate, I ended up getting a the nwf arm, it sets it up a lot higher, for the dicking around to spacer it, I'd just get a new arm
