im almost done with the axle swap on my blazer. but on the fron axle the middle stud on the drivers side knuckle is messed up. i need to get a die to re-thread it. does anyone know what size/thread these are? i think theyre 5/8 but im not completely sure. thanks in advance- Aaron

They should be 9/16-18 thread ,and they are special shouldered studs,a dealer should still be able to supply them...

I've used grade 8 bolts on a few of my 4x4 trucks steering arms with no issues, after a local tire and 4x4 shop told me they used bolts all the time, and hadn't had any comebacks...they siad to use grade 8 flat washers under the bolt heads and use blue locktite on them for added insurance...
