Whats the trick to gettig the steering arm off of a 10bolt? is there something besides the three nuts holding it on?

there are also three cone washers holding the steering arm on

pb blaster, hit it in the sweet spot, right in the middle of the arm. mine came off rather easy after bein soaked with pb blaster.
