(1) Could someone help me set up my steering assist ram alignment ? when I turn the steering by hand from one side to the other, the tie rods roll over.

(2) Would this still happen if it was powered by the steering system instead?

(3) I have the heims threaded all the way in on both sides of the ram, should I thread them half in instead for adjustability?

All OffRoad Design arms, cross over/ high steer, high steer cylinder mount kit.
Any help will be really appreciated.

Go to your "inbox" (top right of screen) and "start a conversation". I don't think there's a space in his user name.

You can also tag him in this thread by putting an @ symbol in front of his user name.

Does your ram bind when you do this? How did you set the ram throw? I ran mine to full right and then set the ram there.

It seems that your ram would limit the roll of the high steer or crossover as it is fixed to the axle tube.

I know mine took a lot of tweaking and fine tuning before I got it dialed. Just little adjustments.
