Steering box question

I have converted my steering to crossover. 2wd box, drag link and all. I bought and installed the bolt in steering box brace kit. My box still moves when I move the wheel. I'm wondering if a little movement is ok? If not, how do I fix this now. The frame is not cracked at all. Thank you!

Does the frame move with the box or is it just the box?
There is a lot of stress on the box and will tend to move but only a very slight amount WITH the frame, never should they be separate.

I read what you said, but are you sure the frame is not cracked. Hairline that starts in one for the mounting holes. Are you sure the box is sucked up against the frame good and tight? Like the bolts might be hung up on something or too long.
