Steering box ??? What year......

Does anyone know offhand, what year they changed the thread size for the steering box hoses? My 89 is leaking bad! I have a 75 and 79 here, but i think they are both the different hose ends. Just need the plow truck back up fast.

I believe they changed it when they changed the front clip.

Where's it leaking? It may be easier and quicker to rebuild it. Just a thought.

1980 1st design and earlier are the flare fitting type and 1980 2nd design and later are the O-ring fitting type.

AZ79K5Project,Its the bottom seal, Alot of people told me to ether rebuild the whole thing or replace it. Otherwise only expect it to last a month.
