steering colum

I have a loose stering colum that shuts my truck down every once in awhile. Is it easy to fix for somone who is not a mechanic. I have tilt wheel on a 89.

Depends where its loose, and wether the tube is broken or not /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Often these four torx-head bolts down in the bowels of the column work loose. Use loctite on them.
