Steering column blues

I'm stuck, how do I get this apart. Everything is apart. Except to housing.couldn't get the key to come out after being assembled. This is a no tilt. Everything online is for tilt.

So you pulled it apart for repair and now it is back together? I am purely guessing that you may have gotten the timing out on the rack for the link to the rod, for the ignition switch. Just my guess as the key lock has to be in the correct position to release the key.
Where are you, are you around Grand Junction?
