I had the typical loose tilt steering column problem with my '86 K5. I took everything apart and tightened the 4 star head bolts as is traditon but know that the tilt section has been tightened I notice that the column is still moving. I looked at a diagram and the coupler is the only other joint I can see before the braces in the dash. I guessing the coupler is somewhere between the gear shift and the dash braces but how do you get in there?
