I have a tilt column with an aftermarket steering wheel.

The problem is this.....

One of the 3 bolts that hold the collar (the part the wheel bolts to) stripped:mad:.
I don't know what part I need or more correctly what it is called or where to get it. I am driving with 2 bolts holding it together:eek1:. It won't stay tight and it gets loose enough to feel every 3-4 days.

Thanks in advance for the help guys:wink1: .

Perhaps drill it out and tap it for a larger diameter bolt , of course that corresponding hole in the wheel needs opened up as well .

Or maybe a heli-coil will fix it . Just like doing a waterneck hole on an aluminum intake .
