Steering column help!

I need help. I have a 85` blazer and I need a new steering column. I have located a few in the junk yards around north carolina but before I drive to get them I need to know something. They are asking me if I have a pulse type wiper system or not. I am not sure what the pulse type wipers are and the yards dont know either. I do know that they have a slide type intermited wiper system and a click type intermited wiper sytem on the column. But which one is pulse? Also if anyone has one for sale let me know! HELP PLEASE!

I'm guessing by pulse, they mean intermittent. You can have intermittent on the dash or on the column. They are asking to be sure that what they give you is an exact match so you are swapping columns with out any other trouble.
