Steering Column Plug

I'm swapping out my column to my 84 K5 with a 1980 C10 column. I'm assuming this plug I am showing in the photo is the cruise control. Am I correct?

That should be windshield wipers.
Assuming that you are showing the column side of the '84.

Yes, this is the column side. The interesting part is the c10 column doesn't have this plug. It has the main one attached to the column, but not this one.

80 c10 column doesn't have wipers on the turn signal stalk. I would hold out for the proper year column. It will save a LOT of work.

As @500$k5 said, it is a lot of work to swap an older column in. The wipers and headlight dimmer switches are on turn signal lever.
And depending upon which transmission you have, the column shifter doesn't match up perfectly between 3 and 4 speed automatics.
