Steering column problems, bout ready to turn green

Okay, got it back together, snap ring fought me hard and there is still play in that end bearing and trashed cup washer thing. But it's together. So I think I am going to put a standing order for a good non tilt column and replace it in the future when someone here has one for sale. I wouldn't consider it a victory, but still a win. Thanks for the help guys

42718 now. Kentucky is so much better than Cali. Even better than NorCal. There is a knife store not far from work and they have a TON of knives there. Butterflies, switch blades, throwing knives, you name it. Lady that works there has knives for ear rings. Ear rings. And she is probably late 50's maybe.

Okay, long story short, I need a new column. Can I directly replace my tilt column with a non tilt model or are the lengths different? Prices are all over the place on eBay. From 175 used shipped to 1750 for supposedly completely rebuilt. There is a semi local place that may have one that I am going to reach out to, unless someone has one here.

Same. I prefer non tilt. Swapped mine out years ago.

Non-tilt usually $50 in good shape. Tilt, $150 in good shape. I currently do not have anything for 73-83 though. I have one extra 84-91 tilt column at the moment with a sloppy tilt that needs to be disassembled and tightened back up that I would sell for $80.

I would check with @Capt Ron in Colorado, he is closer.

I'm interested in the tilt column,I have a 91 GMC K5,let me know if it's available
