The only complete column that will fit will be out of another truck.
However, you can build a manual column by taking a manual car column and using the lower half of the truck column with the upper half of the car column. I believe almost all, if not all, are interchangeable as long as the years are close.
If tilt, get another tilt, if no tilt, same, get one without tilt.
Camaros are about the easiest car out there to get floor shifted columns from. Since they are so common, should be cheaper than trying to get one out of a car that wasn't "standard" with floor shift. Camaro guys might know more of the specifics, I just know that as cars go, you won't find any GM car that came with a floor shifter more commonly than those.
My column was built from a truck tilt, with the upper portion from a 1980's G-body (Cutlass, Monte, Grand Prix, etc).
Edit: the problem is the lower "tube" steel portion. The length is dependent on the vehicle it is installed in, therefore the length is different for all body styles. But the uppers were near universal, with minor changes throughout the years, the only really big one being when they added the hump to the drivers side that houses the headlight dimmer mounted on the column.
