Steering Column

I am in need of a complete steering column. I would like Tilt with cruise, so a later one would be better. If its a manual trans column that would be a big plus. I am located in Ann Arbor Michigan but do travel the Midwest frequently if you are not looking to ship

I have the complete steering system from steering wheel to box. Tilt, no ignition switch, looks to be in great shape. I'm in MD; not too practical to ship this.
