I was looking at http://www.jackit.com/steering/chevy_steering_corrections.htm for some ideas on correcting the crazy angle of my drag link.

I know cross-over steering is the proper way to go, however it's too pricey (to buy new) and/or time consuming (to locate salvage parts).

So that leaves me with picking a drop pitman arm, raised steering arm or S drag link. Which is the best option and why?

Thanks!

I just finished doing mine, literally, just be careful taking off the original arm. Do not mess up the studs or washers, they are a bear to get out/off if you bugger them up. I replaced the drag link along with it just for that added peace of mind.

I wish I had known about that website before I spent $105 replacing my studs and washers. The only place in town that had those washers charged me $18 a piece for them, they are only $5 on there.:doah:

Mine was so bad I had to remove the wheel/hub/rotor/backing plate to get decent access to it to be able to cut it. A whole lot of :hack::grind::hack::grind::angry1::angry1: and I finally got it.
