Hello

My steering gear box seems to be leaking fluid. It is all wet by what I would call the input shaft (where steering column stuff all connects) this are is extremely wet with fluit. What can be do to repair this nuicence leak?

You could either rebuild your box or you can buy a remanufactured steering box to replace it. I don't know how much a rebuild kit is, but I got lucky here in the classified section on a used box for my Suburban. I *think* I paid $50 shipped for a good unit off one of the guys here.

Either way you're going to have to take the box off your truck and it's a heavy b!tch. Figure out which one of your friends owes you a favor and call them on it because you're gonna need their help.

Time for a new or rebuilt box.
I x2 on that its a heavy beeeeaaatch!
Rockauto.com is where I got mine but I had to eat the core I was not shipping that heavy damn thing back to them.
