Just lifted my 90 Burb 4". Used a raised steering arm to correct the angles. But with the draglink adjusted so pitman arm is 90 to the frame and steering wheel straight the 2 ends of the drag are only about an inch inside the adjusting sleeve? This doesn't seem right. Something seems to short? Any help? Thanks

Don't go by exactly 90* off the frame. Just center the steering wheel and go from there. With the front in the air disconnect the draglink and turn the wheel to the right, turn the wheels to lock. Adjust the DL but don't attach it. Now turn the wheel to the left and the wheels to lock the other way. Compare the difference and split it. Attach and check it out.

seriously though, that method works well. it can be tricky to get the wheel dead-center, but not too bad. i've only done it once (on a friend's), but will be doing it on mine soon enough.

If I remember correctly, I had to bring the draglink in when adjusting the steering wheel. That should correct alot of the "just doesn't seem right" you are feeling. Otherwise, x2 on the above advice.
Why not pony up the 50 bucks to get the full alignment professionally done?
