My '89 Blazer (6" lift, 35" tires) is doing exactly the same thing and I tracked it down to an aftermarket spacer between the steering arm and the steering knuckle (which I'll be removing).

If you don't have a spacer in there, I'd make sure all three steering arm nuts are torqued to spec and then look at ball joints and leaf spring bushings.

Alternately, have somebody get in the truck and crank the wheel back and forth while you stick your head inside the wheelwells and look for things moving around.
