Well, I am sorta stumped.. so here's my problem..

When driving down the road straight it seems to do okay. Coming out of the corner it will return *mostly* to center, but unless you rotate the wheel slightly the truck will continue to turn a little. It seems that it doesn't fully come out of turns and makes driving on the street kind of squirrelly at best. It doesn't want to return to center on it's own either

Ball joints are new, wheel bearings new(spindle nuts properly torqued) and it has been aligned at a shop.

I checked the box.. I thought it had excessive play in it, but I don't think so. Not any more so than my 91..

This thing has a pretty healthy case of saggy butt... I wonder if it's something regarding the alignment(caster?).

Here are the specs from my alignment:

camber right: .99°
camber left: .65°

toe right: .01°
toe left: .02°
total: .03°

caster right: 6.93°
caster left: 7.05°

Any help would be much appreciated.. this thing is hairy to drive :doah:

I'm half tempted to throw the zero rates I have in the rear and see what happens.. u-bolts are cheap enough and I already have the zero rates..

looking at the shop manual GM specifies 8° of positive caster, and the sheet I got said 7.50° was the minimum and 8.50° is the maxmimum.

Would that little difference cause such a problem? The truck is totally stock minus the 32's on it.

if you mean it pulls a little when coming out of a turn. i had a really stiff wheel joint that was causing this. it would pull for 10 second then return and annoyed the heck out of me
