I want to run the pump through a cooler and need to no what some of you are running and how you are running it. Pic's would be nice. Thanx in advance.

I made a little bracket that I welded off the bottom of the core support, and bent it 45 degrees to the back as to get it out of the way. I dont have pics, but its the lowest spot in the system as to get all the air out.

Mine is the one on the left. It is a factory tranny cooler. The big one is my new Tranny cooler:D .

I have replummed it with steel lines it is plumbed after the HB and steering box.

I got mine off a caddy. I've also seen some factory coolers on some new body style Chevy trucks in the junkyard, too.

I have hydroboost and I just plumbed it in the return line from the steering gear box. It goes from the gear box through the cooler and back to the reservoir.

I don't know if I was worried about nothing, but I made sure the cooler was lower than the reservoir. I was worried about air getting trapped in the lines.

I used a tranny cooler my friend didnt need after his manual swap. Plumbed it on the low pressure side and mounted it infront of the radiator behind my grill.

Thanx Guys:bow: I have a tranny cooler Just sitting around that would be perfect. Also, when you extend the reservoir, How full can you keep it without spilling over?
