Looking for ideas on how to run the steering linkage. I was going to use the firewall, but I am just going to take the whole tub off and build frame up since the tub is missing the steering column. Any pics and insight is appreciated.

take out all the guess work and run full hydro. :)

If its a trailered vehicle then yes, full hydro is definitly the way to go.

I think he is asking how to attach the steering column.

To the original poster:

If you are tubing out this truck, just attach the steering column to the tube.

If you are not tubing it out and not using a body then I don't know what the hell you are doing :dunno:

Yea I am going to tube it from frame up, and I dont have a steering column at all(can get one from buddy), so Im wondering do I need slip joint at some point for flex probally wont be to much flex though. just trying to lay it out in my mind so I can figure out a budget:rolleyes: RIGHT. full hydro sounds like big bucks, and yes it will be trailered, unless, I've been drinkin that is:D

full hydro owns all.... lots of systems FS from vendors over yonder on pir8. Thats what I'm gonna run on my truggy.
