Doing a crossover steering on my 91 suburban, which is better borgeson box or redhead? I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about the fitment of borgeson. TIA. It’s on 37s, more on road then off, but I want it to take any off-roading I throw at it.

At 37" you could consider hydro assist (only mentioning because you can have the box setup for it when you buy it)

Also a great time to add an ORD weld on plate and steering box brace.

I planned on doing the ORD bolt in brace, even with crossover you think I’d need hydro assist? What kit would you suggest for it?

I think if you plan on wheeling it with 37s you'll appreciate hydro assist. Crossover doesn't really give you any more steering force for turning big tires off road, it just allows you to steer lock to lock when the suspension is flexed and gives the steering a more precise feel.
