Stephen , I now know why I've bought so much stuff from you over the last fiew years, your good help! The young lady that answers the phone at your shop is the best receptionist/Tech specialist/Customer Service Rep I've dealt with in my years of buying parts over the phone. Nuf said!

I have spoke to a couple ladys there and they both seem to know there stuff.
As for which one is "cute" and which ones "mommy" I will leave that one alone!
They might not be so nice next time !!

Next time you walk by one or both of them tell them there doing a good job for me.

I think I recall talking to up to four different people over the course of my small orders, and all of them knew their product extremely well. It seems that ORD has some of the best customer service around.

I ordered from Denise (sp)?
Anyway, she was super helpful and really knew the products.
No guessing/BS'ing on her part, just good facts.
