Anyone know the story on these?

That one above runs around my neck of the woods. Would love to have one for my work truck, the 73 C10.

I suppose if I ever find one, they'll want more money for it than I'm willing to pay. One can always dream tho.

yep back in the day they made these . years ago i got a set of brand new take off stepside fenders and steps from a 8ft box . they bolted them together and set them in the bed when you picked up the truck after the toolbox sides were installed .

I read on other forums guys lamenting how there would have been a bunch of brand new stepside fenders out there probably never getting used. Probably ended up in scrap yards.

My Dad bought one of his old company trucks (El Paso Natural Gas) back in the 70's. it was a 69 Ford and had those bolt on utility boxes. they were very handy when we went camping.

Would love to have a set of those on my stepside.

Maybe I'll just build a set for mine. What's another project right :grind::hack::weld::haha::haha:
