I have had an old police car console in my K5 for some time. Mounted in that is my CB radio, stereo head unit, 10 illuminated rocker switches for whatever I want, 4 power outlet sockets, four cup holders and a soon to be shot gun/M4 rifle mount(because)!
I ordered 4 Pioneer 6x9's and a Pioneer 760 watt amp. A pair of speakers went in the doors and the next set is going I to the rear seat area attached to the new diamond plate bed panels. The amp went under the passenger seat and bolted directly to the seat mounts.

Thanks, my OCD kicks in with wiring and things like that. I have to find some 90 degree RCA adaptors so the stereo will fit in nice and thigh into the console. I also had to play with the CB and buy the shallowest one on the market to fit in the console as well.

got any closeups of the console?

Here is a shot of the console. It is a police car console that was left over from a project. I ordered the switch panel from a supplier, made the CB bracket and the stereo bracket. The power supply plate is from a supplier as well and I added two of the outlets.

Are there any part numbers or anything on that console?

How do you have it mounted in the truck?

Thanks

I will check on the make and model for you. It's kinda parted together from different pieces but I'll try and figure it out for you. Also, it has a track that bolts to the floor and the components bolt to that. The channel is a universal type mount allowing for various console configurations depending on the make of the vehicle it's going into.
