Hey all,

I still have the original AM radio in my Blazer and I'm looking to upgrade. I don't want to cut my dash up, so I'm looking at a new "classic" knob stereo for the stock location or possibly mounting one somewhere else - either on the bottom of the dash, in the glove box or somewhere else. The "classic" stereos I've found seem pretty pricey.

For speakers I'm considering some 6X9 speaker boxes I can put in the rear or maybe those aftermarket speaker kick-panels that go down by where the vents are just forward of the doors.

I'm not looking for anything fancy, just something to get me by. Any and all opinions welcome!

That is really sweet but just a bit too involved for me!

Your in luck , there is now a new radio out , I heard about it on my Chevelle sight . two shaft , digital tuner , NO cassette or CD player . Two sets of preouts , 60 watts x 4 if used alone , am/fm , aux in , USB , and changer controls .

So you just stick all your favorite music on a little USB thingy and keep it in glovebox .

No mods to factory dash :pimp:
