Cool, I may do something like that, I want to keep the back seat so I would have to mount the tire at a steeper angle. What size tire is that? Also where did you get the bed braces? And last but not least, killer dog dude.

hey that looks good! I'm flat mounting mine over my fuel cell and toolbox, still retaining the back seat. It's tight, but 2 jerry cans will fit back there too. Oh and what dog, I see a little ferret or something but where's the dog?

Watch out for my guard dog! LOL

That tire is a 38.5x14.50 on a 10'' wheel...I wish I could give
you info on those braces, but I got those from a truck that my nephew bought so no telling where they came from.

I was thinking of removing the braces and mounting a jerry can on one side and a powertank on the other. I'm still messing around different configurations to see whats gonna work or not.

Roll bar is made by Smittybilt and I would say that the gate is pretty close to 100lbs...maybe not that heavy.

Rocko, I can flex the crap out of my K5 at full lock with no rubbing so I might just leave them on.

Naw my 39s will be on as soon as the one ton swap is done, but I might be selling that spare with the wheel cuz I'll be replacing it with a 39'' bogger and an 8 lug wheel.
