Ya wouldn't catch me on the downhill side of a rig in that position! He'd have been squashed flatter than a pancake if the truck did decide to go on over.

I stay on the uphill side of 6,000 lb pieces of steel!

He was on the downhill side but at the very end of the Blazer, so it would have been very easy to get out of the way. I was only doing 1 MPH if that at the time
