sticky 60 calipers

I've got a caliper thats a little sticky on my dana 60 up front, are these hard to rebuild or is there something I can do loosen em up and get em to work properly, I will getting some new pads and having the rotors resurfaced would like to flush the brake system, and will be doing the calipers too

i think i got reman calipers for like $30 each at the parts store. i jus went that route after bleeding the brakes and seeing black water coming out of the bleeder valve

That sounds about right for price. Here they are like $45 Canadian. I am just gonna replace mine instead of messing with them.
