Ok, I'm currently using 4" lift springs and I need to lower the rear of my K5 about 2". I have some stock 9 leaf stacks I can use but I'll probably need the complete stack to get the height right. Will these have any flex (w/overload)?

My options seem to be: stock 56's (full stack) or 2" lift 56's (probably no overload) or lift the front a little (probably add overload + Zero Rate).

Why not pull some leaves from your 4" springs? Then you can keep the height with out a huge leaf pack

I thought about that but if I swap to the stockers I could try to sell the 4" springs and put some money back into the K5 budget.

I can loan you some zero rates. I think you will like the flex of the 56's. What would it take to raise the front?

Thanks for the offer but I do have another set of Zero Rates I can use.

As for the front, I could reinstall the overload spring and add a Zero Rate to get it real close. The truck is already around 6" (+ 1" body lift) so I'd rather stay where I am than go up to 8". I wish I could just find some 2" lift 56's but I'm not sure if anyone makes them (I haven't found any surfing the net).
