Stock crap steering Q

I lifted my 1988 k5 blazer 3inches and I'm still running the stock steering setup (pitman arm, drag, D60 steering arm) and my turning radius went to crap. Will adjusting the drag link help or will it be a waste of time, since I'm still running stock steering parts. I'm still gathering parts for crossover and hydro assist steering (the 1ton swap broke the piggy bank).

Do you have worse turning to one direction and better turning in the opposite direction? It sounds like you need to adjust your draglink. Adjust it so its longer

Yes, it does turn a little more on the driver side. I'll adjust the drag link to see how much steering I can get. Thanks man!
