can anybody tell me what the stock deck clearance of a 350? Im tryin to find out so I can figure my compression would be with a flat top piston and a 60cc combustion chamber but the deck clearance is a factor that I do not know. thanks.

It varies widely but you can use .025"-.030" as a general rule. Most engines i've taken apart that have never been decked are at least .025" deck clearance.
GM wasn't too kind about keeping the clearance the same from end to end either.

Aint that a real no sh!!ter. Genuine GM quality is almost a laugher,but as bad as GM got Mopar was worse especially on lifter bore angles.
