Stock exhaust size?

What's the stock exhaust pipe size, both O.D and I.D. for a small block equipped truck?

i'm specifically wanting to know the diameter of the downpipes from the exhaust manifolds to the y-point/converter area, but if you could tell me the size of the whole exhaust system, that would be cool too.

Depends upon the year, engine, and probably whether it was from California or not.

Well, on an 86 K5 with a factory 305, that was originally Gov't owned, it's 2 1/2 at the y pipe, and a 2 inch tail pipe.
